Information retrieval services are provided on topics according to pre-selected criteria. The output of this process is a list of literature correspondent to the given topic. A prerequisite for a good list of resources is correctly configured relevance search (keywords, time setting, language, etc.). The list of resources is then made by browsing and searching Slovak libraries and libraries abroad catalogues and free licensed eResources (EIR).

You can order the face-to-face consultations at the library or you can send online request via web form. This service is only provided to registered patrons.

The service is charged. The price consists of a fixed fee of €10 (for a search of up to 50 records), or €14 (for a search over 50 records) and a fee of € 0.05 for each listed . You can pay the fee in cash.

After receiving the payment, the result is sent to your e-mail address or you can collect it printed.

Delivery date

The delivery time of a result depends on the complexity of the request, usually 1-2 weeks.

For high school and university students we provide free individual consultations to conduct an independent search or to prepare thee final thesis writing (selection of appropriate literature, formal editing of the text, how to cite, etc.). Consultations by agreement.
