German library – is a result of cooperation between Goethe-Institut and the State Research Library in Košice since 1993. It offers books and media about German language, literature, history and culture.

What do we offer:

• German language learning and teaching materials
• German fiction books for all ages
• specialized literature on history, philosophy, linguistics, pedagogy and art
• magazines
• movies in German language
• board games
• study room with WIFI

School excursions

Make learning of your pupils or students more effective by having a lesson directly in our library. We can arrange various lectures, workshops, quizzes, board games and other activities (september – june).

Cultural events

We organize various cultural events in collaboration with Goethe-Institute in Bratislava: author readings, lectures, exhibitions, etc.
